Working can't run away of our part life. So I am working daily. When lunch time come, my colleagues and I need to think what to eat. Getting boring to eat the same meal and no choice at nearby my office. Just have few restaurant. Some of them pack their own lunch and bring it to pantry sometimes.


This time, we celebrate one of my colleague's birthday. So we decide to have lunch at Puteri Park Hotel since this hotel has a monthly promotion for lunch set. Anyways, I never been at Puteri Park hotel which is nearby my office before. We just walking to there for few minute. It is medium hotel and can be considered as 3 star hotel only.

Have two set lunch for the promotion which is Chicken Gordon Bleu and Cheesy Baked Rice. I choose Chicken Gordon Bleu for my lunch.

I unexpected that we need to wait for few minute that our meal has not served yet. Our lunch time is one hour. We need to work back after have lunch. While waiting the meal, we just celebrate and eat cake first in order to save our time after wait almost 40 minute. And take photo together. What a long time to wait!

Finally, our meal served and we enjoy to eat it. Till very full. Go back to office to continue our work. That's all only for today. Anyways, I have a fun time to enjoy my delicious meal today.

For a day trip at Pulau Ketam, my dad and I guided my friends to visit around Pulau Ketam. My parents used to live there when they were young. Of course, they were familiar with this area. It was my village where we went back to hometown when the celebration had be held.

Wow, I surprised that my friends bring few more friend who join us while we were waiting for them at Port Klang jetty. Then my dad and I suggested that we chose Speed Boat than Air-cond Ferry because it was the easiest and fastest way to reach within 15-20 minute. Just charged RM10 per adult and RM5 per child. Air cond-ferry just charged RM7 per adult and RM4 per child and took around 40 minute to reach at Jetty Pulau Ketam.

After we reached at the main jetty of Pulau Ketam, we spotted a lot of small crab in the mud and it couldn't eaten directly. When I come to Pulau Ketam, I wanted to eat " Chinese Style Nasi Lemak" which was a famous food. I told all of my friends about it. It just priced RM2. Along this way, we were walking and explored there. Anyways, my dad and I managed to show my friends about my dad(grandparent's house). Despite it had sold but that house never change a lot and remained same. 

Past one hour ,we were having lunch at restaurant and most of the dishes served which was seafood. We enjoyed to eat a lot till very full. After that, we were walking to my mother(grandparent's house) within few minute. Despite the weather was hot but we used umbrella/cap. My friends like it so much because it was an unique and special style. It can be considered as "Batik House". Anyways, my grandmother house become resort and had other house which was TT20 Resort. Exciting to visit my village after the last day that I have been visited there which is on Chinese New Year celeration. Finally, I plan to visit my village because my friends want to visit there. Then I bring them to visit there yesterday. Guess where? Well, it is at Pulau Ketam. Do you know about it? If not, let me tell about it. It is known as Crab Island and small island. It is located off the coast of Klang. The island is available and easily accessible from the Port Klang jetty by ferry or speed motorboat. The unique village which is known "floating houses". Perching casually on long wooden stilts, these dwellings are suspended about one to ten (1-10) metre above sea level.

Pulau Ketam's population can be estimated around 7 thousands. The majority is Chinese while the Malays form mainland mostly work as policemen, nurses and secondary schools teachers. The total of Malays around 50 persons. Most of them speak in Teochew and Hokkien language.  

Pulau Ketam is the best chance for visitors to witness and experience the unique lifestyle of fishermen. Homestay or hostel facilities are readily available. Futhermore, Pulau Ketam also having a very special viewpoint with town city where this island escape from air polutions, traffic jams, finding car parking problem and many more. Health is a part of important element in our life. If have a good healthy, then we can live longer. Otherwise, we have a short life. As the result, we have to take care our health as long as we are alive in the earth. However, I want to write a short brief about vitamin. I think that most of us would know about vitamin. Correct? you all will answer "YES" but a small amount which is few people of us would know what is the importance and function of each vitamin. Anyways, take a relaks now. When every Friday comes, I am very happy because i can take a good rest after work every day. So the weekend is the best day where i can relieve my mind or enjoy myself even hang out with family or friends. I believe that most of you will feel like that too. Well, I will watch TV when i am free. One of my TV favourite which is Running Man.

Well, do you know about it? If not, let me tell you a short brief about it. It is a Korean variety show. It can be classified as an "urban action variety"; a never-before-seen new genre of variety shows focused in an urban environment. The starring by Yoo Jae-suk, Ji Suk-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Ha-Ha, Lee Kwang-Soo, Gary and Song Ji-hyo. It is first aired on July 11, 2010. Running Man is getting popular and famous now. 

Since few months ago, I begin to addict with this Running Man because my little cousin asked me to watch it. After that, it makes me laugh alot and very funny when see them in tv shows. Now I fall in love with this Running Man. Seven member of Running Man have different character. Yoo Jae Suk is the television comedy show host and comedian who make everyone laugh and he is the second brother in this team. Ji Suk-jin is a South Korean comedian and broadcaster. He is the oldest person in this team and called as Big Nose. He is always lose in every games and weakest among the team 

Kim Jong-kook is a South Korean singer and TV personality. He has a good muscle and body which is to lead him to be very strong in this team. He is the strongest among the team. He is called as Mr Capable or Tiger. Ha-Ha is a South Korean recording artist, actor, presenter and stand-up comedian. He is known as betrayer in the games.

My friends and I have planned to visit Tanjung Sepat trip for a day. You all wonder where is it? Correct? It located at Kuala Langat district in Selangor, Malaysia. The map will be shown as below:

If you feel stress from working and noise environment, you might take a day to relieve your mind. I suggest a place to visit for a day which is Tanjung Sepat. Despite it is not considered very fun to go but it is really a good place to visit around over weekend. Feel peace when visit there.

Firstly, you need to get there with two routes which you can take. One route is coming from Klang/Banting/Morib. Another route is coming from Sepang. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Tanjung Sepat take around 1 and half hour. You can refer to the map is given.



Let me share with you all about few attraction that we have been visited. Few attraction place can be found in the map given. From the Klang direction, We visited Kuan Wellness Eco Park. There is few things that we can see.

We know about the bird nest after explore there and can buy goods which is related with bird nest. After that, we go to the eco farm where there is some birds and small animals. We take photo alot there because there is some nice place to shoot.







The next place that we visit which is Ganofarm(Mushroom &Lingzhi Farm) where the various kinds of mushroom has been planted and produced. we just take a look by ourselves and all the information about the differences and the usage and benefits of the mushroom are written on a board. Especially, mushroom's benefit is very good for our health. There is a small shop selling all kind of mushroom and mushroom products.

The mushroom's price can be considered as reasonable. There is also some mushroom drinks for you to try out. There have Lingzhi drinks, black fungus drinks, Aloe Vera drinks etc. You can try it out before you buy. We buy few products. there. Other than that, Ganofarm Home Stay, you can stay there if you want to sleep for a day. You can get more information from Ganofarm Home Stay. The photo will be shown as below:

Then we go to visit the popular place where is a lover bridge. There is a long bridge and can view the sea and we take picture together there. It is a nice scene. If you want to take picture of sunset and see all the fisherman bringing home their harvest, should come in the evening and prepare for the busy of the lover bridge.


After that, we visit Joo Fa Trading, a small place where the raw coffee process. The owner explains the whole process to us. Even he gives us a cup of coffee to try out. Then we take picture with the owner as sweet memory. Next, we go to Hai Yew Heng, which is just next street of the Joo Fa Trading. What is the special about Hai Yew Heng? They are famous with pau because it is tasty.Their famous pau is the Meat pau and Mui choy pau. Next to the pau shop is also a shop selling coffee, the environment is quite nice, you can try their coffee there, and take the picture of their antique machine.

The last place that we go to visit which is Arowana Malayan Food Industries. This is a factory selling homemade tapioca chips and banana chips. You can take a look on how their process, but nothing much to see.  So if you are not planning to buy tidbits, then you can skip this place. The factory is attached with a shop selling all their products. There are samples for you to taste before you buy.




Finally, we just walking around at Sepang Gold Coast for a short time before we start to have a dinner at Baywatch Restaurant. As the result, it is an enjoyable trip and relieve our mind from the noise city. Despite there is few place that we can visit but we have no time to visit all place which is shown in the map. You can visit few fruit farm if you have enough time to visit.
