Merdeka Day is around the corner. Wow, I get public holiday again? Anyways, it does not mean that all of us will sleep like a panda because of public holiday. Despite we have holiday but we are still appreciate what we have been staying in our country. Well, what is Merdeka Day? Hari Merdeka is a national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya from British colonial rule in 1957, celebrated on August 31 each year. Merdeka is a Malay word which is called as independence.

As Malaysian, I proud to celebrate Merdeka Day with all Malaysian no matter we are different races and religions and we live happily and peacefully together in my country. My country is known as multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-religious country. Normally, it is a colouful parade is held at the Merdeka Kuala Lumpur which is alot of people can attend and celebrate it together. Various government agencies and private sectors join together to participate in the parade. They will march in front of the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong is called as the King, Ministers and special guests. Most of Malaysian show their patriotism for country such as raising the Malaysia flag at the houses, offices, vehicles and along the streets.

This year is a bit sadness for my country and there is a lesser Malaysia flags have seen in public places and shopping malls this time. As we know, Malaysians are still mourning for the tragedy as what it occurred before. However, it shows that Malaysians are more united and pray for them together despite there is a lot of happened and unfortunate situation in my country.

Despite there is a barrier communication between us however we are still can communicate each with other by using Malay language which is a main language in my country. Other than that, we respect our own culture and can celebrate our different celebration together as well. There are variety of food in Malaysia. For example, Malay's food is famous with Nasi Lemak, Nasi Kandar, Rendang Chicken and many more. Indian's food is popular with Roti Canai, Tandoori Chicken and spicy foods while Chinese food is Kuey Teow, herbal soup, mixed vegetables, steamed fish with extra ginger and soy sauce and many more. Chinese and Indian can eat Malay foods which is make by Malay people. While Malay can eat Indian foods and Chinese foods with Halal symbol. The best example is I have my Malay and Indian friends and I can hang out with them also. 

As the result, there is a lot changes and transformation in improving my country with the cooperation among different races and religions and what important is we work together and live peacefully. Anyways, I want to remind you included myself to graceful to God because we are living with peace and harmony and appreciate everything as what we have. We will be happier when we realize how lucky we live here and at the earth. Finally, I am always graceful and thankful to God. I am proud to be Malaysian. Happy Merdeka Day. I am absolutely agree that mobile phone is really important in our lives because it makes our life more easily and better. Furthermore, it is a big impact for us as well. In modern era, it is one of the technology device that we must have to get it.

Almost 90 percent that we will have our own mobile phone in the world. Of course, it is playing roles in our life because it can help us when we have any emergency situations and we can contact our family or friends as we know. There is a lot of benefits in mobile phone when we use it. It is very reliable to carry anywhere and anytime. It just a small thing which can put in our pocket. If it is important for hearing people's life. It is also playing roles for deaf people's life because it is very useful for them as same as mine. In my life, I had three different mobile phone model which I had been used so far. I kept two old phone as my sweet memories. I love it so much because it helped me so much since it was always with me no matter where I went. Nowadays, I am using Samsung phone now.

I have an interesting story to share with you all. This because is I had faced the difficult time when I want to contact my family. One day my classmate and I had planning to meet up at the shopping mall last time. We discussed about where we could meet up earlier because we did not have our mobile phone that time. Then, we had great time to shopping and watching movie. However, we need to inform our parents that where were us and updated them as well. It was the most difficult time for us. Guess what? We could not phone them by the public telephone because of our situation. 

Finally, I decided to write a note paper to ask a public people for helping us to contact our parents for example, some of us need them to pick us up back. But some of public people did not care what we need the assistance urgently. Fortunately, there was a kind people who helping us. Imagine how a stranger phone our parents suddenly? It was an unforgettable memory that I faced. We were wondering how we could contact our parents easily one day! Finally, we were very happy when we could get our own mobile phone for example we could SMS them. We did not need to ask people to help us anymore.

 

Nowadays mobile phone has different function that help us much better especially smartphone. We could email each with other. Even we just text our family and friends via Whatapps, Wechat, Line, Facebook Messaging and many more. We did not need to phone all people. We just need to text them so easily. Other special thing is we can use sign language via video call with our family and friends. That's why it is playing roles in our life. Of course, we can playing games or watching TV online and many more that we can do anything as we like. Maybe hearing people are wondering how deaf people contact each with other. Do not forget that we can text each with other. Otherwise, email is an alternative method to contact. I am wondering why hearing people yell "how to talk or communicate with deaf people", "oh my, sorry! then do not need to talk already", "oh don't know how to face this" and many more. Hmm.. Difficult? Actually it is NOT! just take a paper to write down! or type message in your mobile phone and show it to them. Easy? Definitely, yes!

Wow wow.. I see a lot of post which is an ALS ice bucket challenge in my Facebook. It attract me so I google it and what is meaning of ALS actually. After that, I read and understand about what is it. Before this, I am wondering why some people dump ice bucket on their head in video. However, I do not think that it is not fun to play with. I think that it must have a reason that why they do like this.There is a lot of people will take an ALS ice bucket challenge included many artist and famous people as well.

Anyways, most of us don't understand what is ALS despite there is a lot of video that people pour ice bucket and spread ALS ice bucket challange. What is ALS ice bucket challenge? For example, there is a person nominate few people to pour ice water on their heads and nominate others to do the same thing within 24hours. Otherwise, those people need to donate to ALS association. However, they need to brief about ALS in video as well.

ALS is a neurodegenerative disease that targets nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. This leads to loss of muscle movement control and problems with speech, swallowing, and breathing that can lead to death. The cause is not completely understood, and there is currently no cure or treatment to fight it. ALS ice bucket challenge is an activity involving dumping a bucket of ice water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research.

Until my good friend inform me about someone nominate me for this challenge. I surprise and browse it in my Facebook. Finally, I decide to accept this challenge and raise the awareness about ALS and encourage people to donate it to ALSA association. Despite some people misuse it to enjoy and want to experience after pour ice water on head.

Today is the most sadness day in my country, Malaysia. I decide to wear dark clothes in order to respect MH17 victims. As Malaysian, we should give our respect to them when the ceremony honour the return of the remains of 20 Malaysians killed in the MH17 tragedy which is held at KL International Airport, Sepang in the morning. This incident happened in July last month. The flight was shot down over eastern Ukraine and killing all 298 people aboard. It is the second indient after the disappearance of flight MH370 on March 8 when it flied to Beijing. Until it is still mystery and unknown case.

As I browse my Facebook during my lunch hour. I figure out that Malaysian Web users awake and notice the serious occasion with a popular social networking which is Facebook. The pages is black and ribbons to mark a state of mourning. Everyone is quiet and sad because we know that there is a lot of people sad when the ceremony starts at KLIA 2. It is hard to describe how is the families of victims feeling. This is because they are more sad and depress. Especially they tear out. The situation is very sorrowful.  

At my office, there is many colleagues wear black clothes to indicate a mourning. Not only that, I get to see few people wear the same thing during lunch hour. It shows that we are Malaysian who is really unite and give a full respect to all of MH17 victims.

As I know that, the families of the MH17 faced the most difficult time. They have to be very strong. It is very sorrow when see their face expression and feeling. Imagine that they lose the beloved person in a glance. It is the most difficult to accept the reality. Other than that, we are still praying for MH370 victims as well. Hope the mystery of MH370 case can be figured out very soon. As the result, we are Malaysian show our last respect and praying for those victims.

Wow..This weekend is a great day. Guess what? My friends and I can't wait to greet and meet our favorite actress named Myoile Wu who is from Hong Kong. She is a famous actress in TVB drama. She comes to Jusco Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is an ambassador of cosmetic product. Wow. Can't imagine that we need to stand for one more hours so that we can see her in the real person more closely. There is a lot of teenagers who is a fan of Myoile Wu. They are smart to grab their chance to stand in front of the stage before the event starts. They support her with Chinese name and English name on their poster board.

After one hour later, more people and the place is getting crowd. The situation is getting more vibrant and more loudly. While we are waiting for her, we just take some photo of us and chatting at the same time. Until there is a sound which is very loudly, it means that she is almost come to the stage and greeting with most of us in real person. Alot of people yell Myoile!! Myoile!! Myoile!! Myoile!! Wow, finally, i meet her in real person after I used to watch her in TVB drama before. In fact, she is very pretty and tall at all. Other than that, she is showing her big smile to everyone and she is friendly.

However, she spend her time to be with us for a short time only. This is because she has a lot of schedule. During the event, MC ask her to choose a few of us to play a games with her which is to blow the balloon and that person will win and receive a voucher.

Unexpectedly, she choose my friend who raise her hand to be play with a few people on the stage. After they play it, my friend get the second place and receive a voucher from her and take photo with her as well. My friend is lucky to take photo with her in real person.

Besides that, those people who buy the cosmetic product, they have a chance to take photo with her. Otherwise other people is not allowed strictly. I do not buy any product because I do not use any of these products. I am wondering if it is worth to buy in order to take photo with her? No need to buy product actually.

Anyways, it is worth to stand for few hours. It is my first time to see her in real person despite you think that it is a bit stupid action but it is fun at all. Besides that, I am on holiday. It makes me happy indirectly. Remember that happy is always the best medicine. It is not easy to meet actor/actress in the real person. They are always busy with their schedule. 

Hmm... Do you feel boring sometimes?? Of course, we would feel boring if we have nothing to do anything. Maybe we are very free until we do not know what to do the next plan. Well, we can plan to make sure that we won't boring if we have something to do. There is a plenty of things that we would like to do. Do not know how to get rid of boredom in your life?? Just find things to entertain yourself. So that you enjoy yourself when you do something that you love. 

Firstly, you might create a new challenge. This is because you are getting bored with the same routine. So you do not need to wait someone create a new challenge for yourself. But you just need to create a challenge yourself. How can you challenge yourself? Just set a new goal or desire for example, you explore projects or learn new thing and then purse them which make you excite when you are doing that thing.

Other than that, you may write and list your goal as what you want to accomplish in your meaningful life? If you have not accomplished it before, just keeping to update and try to achieve it despite you have a lot of goals. Just choose one of those goals to accomplish this year. You should start to think about what you can do today to forward to the goal if it is a small thing. Practice it everyday and you will accomplish your goal in your life.

You can purse a hobby that you are doing it daily. With this method, you never get bored easily. You will be enjoy in stead. Sounds great? What are you waiting for? Just doing your hobby that you love to do. For example, I will read some information and blogging when I am free or after I work. Even sometimes I watch tv channel that I like to watch "Running Man" which make me laugh non stop. I am sure that you have a thing that you spend your time for your hobby. 

Playing games? You can play it awhile if you are boring sometimes. There is a million of games apps in your mobile phone even laptop that you can download and install it. It might help to relieve your mind and stress. You can avoid from the boredom as well. However, you must control yourself to divide your time and do not crazy over to play games.

Educating yourself is one of the method that can help you to get rid of the boredom. You can improve your knowledge via online. There is a lot of information that you can educate yourself so easily. For example, you do not know something but learn something new. Furthermore, it is improving yourself as well. You want to improve your skill for example, you want to know how to use a computer, how to design with Adobe, how to programming, how to writing and many more. If you do not have any skills, Just start to learn it at the begining. Better than nothing at all.

Boring at home and feel want to walk? Just go out and walk/drive to the place that you want to visit. If you are on holiday, why do not take your time to visit a shopping mall or travel to local/oversea. With this way, you relieve and happy when you are walking around and look at different people around you even look at the nature which make you feel fresh. Your day become great and your mind become relak indirectly.

Besides that, you can send a message to your friends or person that you love via SMS or popular apps which is Whatapps, Wechat, Line or Facebook. You can make a call or video call. You can ask them for meeting up and take a good time for chatting. You can tell them that you love them or just drop a hello message to them as well. It is more better than nothing to do at all. With this method, you can stay to connect with them more closely.

Those people who love to read a book, Just take your time to read some books, novels and etc. You can gain more knowledge from these books. You would not feel boring when read it because it can improve your knowledge. You can start to write your journal online so that your life is full with meaningful and enjoyable. However, if you are tired, you can take a nap. Because you need to refresh yourself. We are not robot and can not work non stop.

You can write a letter despite Email is more better and advanced however it is a special and unique. You may keep it as your sweet memories. When you recall and read it again, you feel happy and smile. You won't feel bored when read it again and again. If you love to write a blog, you can create your blog that you want to write something. 

As the result, there is a plenty of things that we can do. As can as long, we just try to do our own things to get rid of the boredom. Our life will not be boring and meaningful everyday. Just need to practice it daily. I am sure that you happy with your life.
