First time I went to Gangnam 88, Korean BBQ restaurant in Solaris Mont Kiara

What a smile day! After I work, I went back but this time was too jam. I wonder how came? Nothing
happen this time. Everywhere was jam also. However, it took 1 to 2 hours to reach at my aunt's house. My brother and cousin and her boyfriend were waiting for me to have dinner at outside. As we discussed earlier, we wanted to dine in a special restaurant. Finally we reached at the place that we wanted around 8pm onwards. We started to feel hungry already.

We took a lift to 1st floor!

Curious what was a special restaurant? It was a Korean Restaurant named Gangnam 88 which was located at Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. I had never been there for few years but I recall that I went there for dining at Solaris Mont Kiara few years ago. Otherwise, you just read my review about Lewis Gene if you interested to know too. This place got many Korea Restaurant and Coffee Cafe around Solaris Mont Kiara. Wow! I suprised when saw many Korea restaurant which was still running smoothly. Those people who love Korean Cuisine, You should come to Solaris Mont Kiara.

Cool! The deco is good!

Gangnam 88 was located at the upstair of the shop. When we walked to upstair, the poster was on the lift and everything of Gangnam in the lift. Once we step out from the lift, Wow! Many photo was filled on the wall between the lift. Even the poster was attractive and gave us a deep impression when we step into Gangnam 88.

Alot of things around us with yellow light. The decoration was very great and unexpected to see some poster about famous Korean singer or dancer. Felt like we were with Korean actor/actress in the music room. They were handsome and pretty on the poster. Many youngster fall in love with those famous people. No doubt, there was many handsome actor and pretty actress in Korea. I like the clean environment and most of the customers were young and adult people who love to eat Korea Cuisine at Gangnam 88.

What a funny thing! When my cousin and brother told me about Gangnam. I thought that it was a Gangnam style was perfomanced by PSY. However it was Korean restaurant that we would eat at Gangnam 88 actually. Sounds funny! Well, this Korea restaurant served the Gangnam home-style cuisine and cooking to the customers who love homemade of traditional Gangnam style restaurant. It marked that a true tastes and flavors of Korea's ingredients with the patience and determination. Even it would serve us as we enjoy to eat a lovely meal with fresh, clean and most delicious.

Jeyuk Bokkeum with Kimchi Soup

We ordered different meals of Korea cuisine. The first meal which was Jeyuk Bokkeum. It was a spicy pork chop with few different Korean traditional dishes which was side dishes. The side dishes was rice, vegetables, tofu, meats, potato, soft eggs, bean sprouts and kimchi. Kimchi must be served for every meals as we know. Those people who enjoy spicy was highly recommended. It just priced RM33 per person or RM49 large size per plate.

Wow, it is big chicken...

Besides that, we wanted to eat Beer Chicken was a famous meals of the menu. So we ordered this
chicken. A whole chicken just priced RM50. Wow! Wonder if four of us able to finish to eat big
chicken? So expensive a bit. It would be delicious to bite with bean sprouts and yellow sauce after the boss of this restaurant suggested us to eat with that sauce. Should give a try to eat this chicken! Worth to eat this.

Wow, delicious soup!

In addition, other meal which was Budae Jeongol. This pork stew was a Korean soup with Ramen or Udon noodles with different portion of foods such as sausages soft, vegetables, mushrooms, seasonings, oily outer, spins with cheese inside the hot pot. It was not very spicy but has a cheese taste of soup and mixed with spicy soup. It just priced RM50(small size) or RM75(large size)

I really love it!

Of course, we wanted a soup which was Kimchi Jjigae. It was Kimchi with other portion such as
scallions, onions, diced tofu, pork and seafood especially it served kimchi stew and maintained the
traditional taste, fresh and premium ingredients were used. The price was RM20 only. The taste was a bit sour but worth to eat and drank the soup. We love to eat kimchi soup. This meal was highly recommended if you love Kimchi soup. Very delicious. Would miss it so much.

Most of the waiters were very friendly and served us their best to satisfy our needs. Whatever we
wanted, they would gave the best service. I like their service. Wow! Once all of our meals served, we shocked to see many meals had waiting for us on the table. We wondered whether we could finish all
meals or not! Sounds funny! Especially I saw our funny expression when we saw so many meals on the table. Hard to believe that all meals was waiting for us to eat.

I was very happy with my cousin, her bf and my bro!

The boss of Gangnam 88 love to take the photo of us and wanted to put the photo in Facebook. I guessed that he would like to take photo on every customer who came to this restaurant. Hungry so much already that time. We enjoyed to eat Korean cuisine. Quite like the clean and nice environment and washroom was clean as well. Inside the washroom, it was funny with something. It was everything of Gangnam 88. You better to see it if you curious about Gangnam 88 restaurant. It open from morning till midight.

We felt that this restaurant had an unique story about Skippys. Especially the unique label of the restaurant was really obvious which was "The Real Pork Pizza Co". Thus, most of the chain PIZZA restaurant just served HALAL meals to all customers.

Well, Skippys located at Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya. Firstly, I thought that Skippys served the delivery pizza service after I browsed the website however it was NOT obviously as I thought! This restaurant welcomed the customers dine in and enjoy the delicious PIZZA at Skippys Pizza Restaurant!

Definitely, I would like to say thank you so much, The owner of Skippys, Fay Dcruz who invited me for the food tasting invitation. It was such a pleasure feeling to meet her. We were very excited to experience and taste the Australian Style Pork Pizza first time. In addition, they served other meals like pizza, pasta, burger and ribs. According to my friend, Su yin who had interviewed with Julisa, Skippys's manager about Skippys gained popular and growing so quickly as Skippys got main branch at Phileo Damansara for 5 years and successfully attracted many customers with the special Pizza and its own recipes and ingredients. Therefore, The owner of Skippys decided to opened new branch in Damansara Uptown currently due to good business.

Wow, cool and natural environment are simple and clean

We stepped into the restaurant, we figured out that the environment was quite comfortable, cool and clean. Inside of Skippys, it was dark however it was good combination because of the light which help to make a bright in the dark in Skippys. So we felt comfortable and enjoyed to chill out in Skippys Pizza restaurant. There was two section, smoking area and non smoking area for dining in. So you can choose any place to seat. Since, it was NON HALAL restaurant, it provided beer to the customer who really love to drink! So enjoyable!

My friends and I like the environment and the interior design just like Australia lifestyle. I interested when knew abit about the story behind about Skippys, The owner of Skippys appreciated and thoughtful about her partner for growing their business together in the past time. So mostly the meals just like homemade Australia meals. So that's why how Skippys created. It brings the symbol of Kangaroo which was deliver the business to their beloved customers with the best pork pizza filled with mouthwatering at the door step.

I like the wood mixed with metal for the tables and chairs

The waiter welcomed us with their friendly and cheerfully and they served us very well when we need some assistance. So we like their service. Pretty great! We got our drink named Ice Lemon Tea to calm our thirsty. Wow! Different meals served for us on the table. Craving at these foods already.

Meat Lover Pizza 12 inch RM34

Firstly, we got a chance to taste the real pork and special Pizza named Meat Lover Pizza. Wow! Pizza contained different portion of pork meat such as Pork Bacon, Pork Ham, Pork Pepperoni, Minced Pork topped with BBQ sauce. All pizza was homemade and used QUALITY ingredients, the dough made with olive oil. It was really good combination and best savory. The special garlic and chili sauce was made with sunflower oil should be put on pizza in order to get the best savory and nice aroma. It was the best Pork Pizza ever I tasted. My friends and I enjoyed to bite Pizza. So delicious! You should give a try if you love pork!

Goulash Soup RM12

When we saw Goulash Soup, we thought that it was very spicy and sour however after we tasted it, WAS not very spicy! It was really delicious and make us like to eat it so much. It got few portion of vegetables and pork meat in the soup.

Yummy! I love it!

Otherwise, my friend suggested that a garlic bread or bun dipped in the soup before we could eat it at all. It helped to absorb the taste of soup. The taste was still savory and favorably. So mouthwatering! We fall in love with this special soup. This soup was highly recommendation to try!

Glutton Pork Burger with Fries RM24.50

Craving at Burger? Skippys had provided handmade burgers too. My friends and I shared to eat Glutton Pork Burger with French Fries. Wow! This burger got eggs, mushrooms and special sauces. Quite different than other burger. Because it was a special pork meat.

Aglio Olio Spaghetti RM16.90

In addition, other meal was Aglio Olio Spaghetti served for us as well. So funny! When we ate it, a special sauce absorbed into our mouth. Suddenly we felt like that spicy inside our mouth. Then we realized that it had a spicy inside Spaghetti however we enjoyed to eat it so happily. It was quite nice and crunchy! So drooling.

Score Cupid Run 2016 is back on this year!

My wishes became true! Score Cupid Run was back finally. Too excited and can't to see the fairytales themed on Valentine Day dated 14 Feb 2016. What a funny thing was I could not sleep well before woke up at early morning. My heart just extremely excited. So funny! Wow! Around 2000 participants took part for the sweetest fun run ever at Kepong Metropolitan Park, Kuala Lumpur. You guys must be wondered what was my wishes? Curious? One of my wishes was very happy because other good friend joined me and Selina during Score Cupid Run on this year. Their appearance make my heart smile. Pretty simple!

My friends and I explored around the booths in the park

Even it make me recalled back all of my sweet and precious memories as what we went through the thin and thick and obstacle in our life for throughout years. Time flies quickly when I took a glimpse to recall back about it. So I was very graceful to have them as my good friends in my life. It was my pleasure to meet up with my good friends during Score Cupid Run 2016. Anyways, the romantic run was really captured everyone's heart to join the awesome event and make everyone's heart become sweet and smile.

Thank you, my good friends for making my day become more beautiful, more shine and meaningful on special day. Despite this event had combined with Chinese New Year celebration however most of runners included us enjoyed to spend our time to explore the fairytales themed. SO sweet!

Luckily, we were not too late to come to Kepong Metropolitan Park so we had a little time to explore the booth before the flag off started. There was 3 waves of flag offs held to allow runners gain better experience in each pit stop during the romantic marathon. The flag off times was on a first come first serve basis which was 7.30am, 7.40am and 7.50am. This event was really attracted many runners who came from different group such as spouse, family, friends, children and couples. Score Cupid Run did very well to organize the wonderful event and make all runners fall in love with new themed during the event.

First time, my good friend, Selina and I were very happy to wear our fairy tales T shirt contained the cute design and displayed meaningful sentences which named Glass Slipper Trail for this year. My friends are happy to get it too. We love a very beautiful and nice design t shirt so much. Once we arrived the park, there was a lot of runners had been there so earlier.

First time I saw this artist do a fake tattoo on their arms.

So we explored the booths around the Kepong area park, then we saw many people who queued up at the Art Tattoo booth. Wow! No wonder the runners are excited when they get a free fake tattoo which put on their arms, hand and etc.

We are power girls with strong tattoos!

Of course, we never miss it out. There are getting the different design of tattoo;such as Mickey Mouse, Spiderman, Hello Kitty, Score Cupid Run, Superman, Rose, Tweety, Eagles and many more. We can get what are our favorite tattoo as we like. So all of us got different design of tattoo on our arms. So beautiful and cool!

Wow! Cutie Otter Mascot took photo with us. That mascot was really cute! At the same time, we knew that the last waves flag off so we joined the runners who gathered at Start Line. So energetic and lively. It was great when saw many runners wore light green and pink t shirt together around the park. So beautiful colorfully. We managed to welfie together. We could not wait to explore and experience 4 magic activities which was Cinder, Fairy Godmother, Pumpkin Ride and The Dance-the Glass Slipper Trail.

Firstly, we reached at the first pit stop which was Cinder. We shocked to see that many people queued up so long in order to take photo with those wicked step sisters at 1st pit stop. Wow! So this time we experienced life before the magic occurred. So that why we captured our most unforgettable memories and experienced life before magic at The Cinder!

Couldn't wait to see how we turned into after the magic and the fairytales started. Besides that, there was a fun games for runners who interested to play at the booth. Wow! There was a well decorated around the beautiful flowers so romantic. We could make a wish in the well so that our wishes will come true, fulfilled and granted. Many couples love to take photo happily at the well. So sweet.

Till we dumped my blogger friend, Elana. Happy to meet her again. Thus we took photo together. Throwback, we dumped each with other during Score Cupid Run 2015. So funny! Time flies quickly.
 

My Fairy Godmother who cast her magic on me!

After that, we continued to walk and run slowly to the next pit stop which was Fairy Godmother who transformed us into beautiful princess after we experienced the life. So happy when met Fairy Godmother and took photo with her so nicely.

Even we enjoyed to explore and took photo together behind the beautiful decoration on a background. We become more happy after we turned into pretty and sweet princess during the journey.

First time my friends saw a very beautiful lake!

During the run, the view of lake captured our eyes and it was the most beautiful lake that we could fall in love at the romantic park. So we enjoyed to shoot a very beautiful photo on the beautiful lake in our fun of spirit.

Anyways, we continued to walk to 3rd pit stop which was Pumpkin Ride. Wowow!! There was a cute Horse brings us a ride at Pumpkin ride. So Great to experience to ride. Make our heart more happy and sweet! We had a fun time to ride. Thank you, a cute Horse who bring us to ride around the beautiful lake with blue sky! We enjoyed this ride. What a good day! That why many couple love to take photo so much and non stop.

In addition, there was bicycle and trishaw where we could ride at Pumpkin Ride also. We enjoyed to ride around the park. So enjoyable.

At the same time, we became witness that a guy tired to proposed to his girlfriend and make each runners shocked and gave the support and clap clap to them after his girlfriend answered "YES" after that guy asked her "MARRY ME?". These time was very sweet. Definitely, every girl love that surprise proposal. It was my 2nd time to witness the sweet and romantic moment. Same occurred during Score Cupid Run 2015. I wondered whether the date was easy to remember so they want to make a romantic during Valentine Day. Maybe many couple would did the same thing next year? Just wait and see next year!

Finally, we walked to the last pit stop and danced with the prince charming so happily. Then we got the cute and beautiful medal. We really love interlocking medal. Many couple were very happy after
received a special interlocking medal and hold hand together.

The medal was an unique because it could be combined into one heart. As the result, there was precious and sweet moment during fairytales themed.
