Hate to smile? How love to smile? I love to smile because I like to smile a lot! It makes me happy always! It is a great feeling if you practice it in your life daily. I always smile at people no matter who are them. I am still remember when I see people's face expression. They are really smile back at me after I give them a BIG smile. Remember that you are always look attractive with showing a smile! It makes people will fall in love with your smile! So that's why I love to smile always! Let me share with you all a story. Most people surprised after know my real age because I look younger than my age! It is one of reason that I always smile. Why not practice to smile always? Just give a smile only. Easy? Trust me! There is a few reason to be smile!



Can makes you attractive
It leads people want to know you more after you give a smile to them when you meet people no matter who they are. Even it gives an impression about you.

Change your feeling
When you are sad or down, just try to smile more. Just do something to make you will be happy and cause you feel better.

Smiling is Contagious
A smiling person brings a pleasure to you. Smile often. You make people close with you more and happy as well.

Reduces stress
When you are pressured, put on a grin. The stress should be decreased and you'll be able to take a positive action.

Increases Your Defense System
Your immune operate improves because you are more comfortable. To prevent flu and the common cold by smiling.

Decreases Your Blood vessels Pressure
When smiling, there is a measurable reduction in your hypertension. Smiling is good for the blood!

Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have proven that smiling releases these three and causes us to experience great feeling. Smiling is a best medication.

Makes You Look Younger
The muscle tissue used to grin raise the face. Don't go for a facelift, just try smiling your way through the day.

Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached.

Helps You Stay Positive
Smile. Now try to think of something negative without dropping the grin. It's hard. When we grin, our body program is sending the relax of us a message that "Life is Good!". Keep away from depressive disorders,
stress and fear by smiling.

Remember to give a smile to people around you! They will feel wonderful when see your smile. As the result, all of you are happy and smile! Just smile every time! It is not hard to make a smile. Haha!

When I read a poem about DEAF. It attracted me to read what was the content of the poem. It was really make my heart touched. It should be advertising about unique poem to all people about the difference between deaf with hearing. Despite Deaf was the one of disability people. However, how much people understand about deaf life? I understand about deaf community because I accept who I am! There was a lot of obstacles that I faced but it would not inhibit me to achieve my dream and prove that Deaf people can do as what hearing can do!  Let us read a poem together as below:-

Maybe some of you all have experience a feeling such as depression.  Do not drag it because it will inhibit your daily routine. You have to do something to get back and enjoy with cheerful. What happened in the past and just take it as the lesson to be learnt and not repeat to do the same thing in the future. There are many ways that you can do and if you run out of ideas to incigorate yourself. Give a try to apply these tips as below.

Looking at the old pictures
Try to take the album and see your own behavior with your friends during school, college or on holiday together. Must be funny? These things will make you feel cheerful again and recall back about your life with nostalgia memories.

Attending a party
Why did not invite your group who want to join you for a party no matter it is birthday party, dinner or many more. If you do not like to socialize, just invite your good friend to accompany you to these place. So you can release your tension.

Do your old hobby
Do a hobby that you never take to spend time with. For example, you love to collect your stamp album, you just view it, you will feel happy when see it back. At least you won't feel boring when you are doing your old hobby. Maybe it can make you smile and happy.

Spend time with a pet stars 

Cats is the pet among the animals that can invigorate your silence life.  Cats is always been a place for pampering and express our love. If you are cat lovers, why do not you buy a game that is reserved for cats and play with it. You treat it to the animal clinic for grooming. When it is cute and pretty cat, you will be happy.

Window Shopping
You can spend time to walk around the window shopping center that you like while watching out the items that you like. This method might help you to forget the problems that you faced and boring feeling.

Rearranging the furniture house
Re arranging the furniture in your home according to feng shui belief. If it is less, you can also invite your friends or brother in order to find a cheap shelves to meet the empty corner space.

Create a new hobby
This is quite interesting activities. You can invite a friend or your friends to try a game that you do not ever like to play helicopter using battery power or engine in land clearing. The activities is also gaining popularity. Although the cost to buy the game is quite expensive, but it's worth because you will be complacent with it!

Try new recipes
Cooking is a therapy to restore your mood is down. Buy a book of simple recipes like puddings and pasta. After that, invite your friend or your boss and ask them to give you an opinion about the cuisine. If it is a commendable and you can do it repeatedly.

New style
Try to cut your hair with the latest style. Stop by the salon nearby and ask a barber cutting and styling your hair according to your desire. You can survey about the artist's hair style. Emulate like them and enjoy it

Exercising
Sports and exercise can also tighten your muscles and improve blood circulation in your body. This will make you more cheerful and energetic for doing your daily activities. Now there is a more efficient and surprises you. If you are lazy to exercise or jog during the day, you can provision a little time after the lecture or office to the gym to warm of your body. In the gym, there is also an aerobics exercises conducted by professionals. If you are an active person in the office, you can also participate in organized sports by your office. Maybe this way you can increase the number of friends and make your life be wonderful.

Change paint house
Time to re-paint and color the walls of the house with your favorite color. It is easier to perform if you rent house privately or your own house. If you can not conspire with roommates about it deems appropriate color for the living room, kitchen and your room. Make sure that the selected color to your mood uplifting.

Browse the Internet
Navigating the new and exciting website can invigorate your life back. For example, if you are a fan of motor sports, you can surf the website about F1 or Motor Addict. This method can make your free time occupied as possible.

Decoration of your bed room.
Change your bed's position. Do not let it overlooks the bathroom or the door. Check the feng shui books and determine your ideal position to put furniture.

Express feeling
There are many ways that you express your feeling in your heart. You can try to draw a special card for your parents if your drawing skills is not good but your sincerity will be appreciated. They will happy when get the meaningful card from you. As the result, they invigorate your life!

Make a surprise
For those people who has a lover, once in a while you can set up a special exclusive dinner for the person that you love. No need to go to luxury hotel in order to provide a candle light dinner at hotel. You just cook and prepare your favorite dishes and invite him/her to eat at home. Decorate the dining table and as beautiful as possible and just like the atmosphere in the hotel. I am sure that he/she will be happy and he/she will appreciate your action. So it invigorates your mood.

WoWwow! My good friend, Selina invited me and other friend to DiGi WWWOW Awards at Zebra Square, Kuala Lumpur. It was my first time to attend the event like this. There was a lot of people who were attending the meaningful event. I proud that my good friend, Selina was one of 10 top finalist for DiGi WWWOW Awards 2014. It was not easy to get in 10 Top finalist because too many competitor joined the DiGi competition.









Her family, James, my friend and I gave her a support to win the award. However there was few participants was very good in their own website. I heard that 750 participants joined to the competition and finally a panel of judges make decision and choose few people who make the website with the best idea and presentation. There was three categories of award which was Commerce, Content and Community. Want to know what is kind of that categories? Let me describe about it a bit as below:

Commerce
The entrepreneur who was marketing and selling the products/ services to the World Wide Web. 

Content
Someone who was good in creating, crafting stuff online like videos, music, apps, editorial content and many more. It could be a small idea but it could make a big impact and potential.

Community
Someone brings the idea to change for a better Malaysia. It was normally occured in social enterprises, charity, non profit ventures, people/animal welfare, educational or campaign.

Congratulation to the winner for each categories. Wow! my friend wanted to give a try again next year! She never give up! As the result, she could not win the award however it was a good experience to attend this event and at least she was not lose at all! Because she managed in top 10 finalist of DiGi award. Besides that, we enjoyed to see the performance during the event. I give a good quote which is "when you lose, it doesn't mean that you lose at all".

After lunch for father celebration who was invited by my friend's sister yesterday, i was still full. It was 5pm. However, I need to meet my other friend who invited me for her birthday party. I need to take a shower and prepared myself before my friend picked me up. Anyways, we just took a few minute to reach the destination and there was a cafe that my friend choose through Internet. We never been there before. So we wanted to try a bite there. Few photo would be shown as below:-














This cafe was an unique and different from other cafe because there was many poster about camera on the wall and different camera which was put on the table and shelf at anywhere. It just displayed and attract people to view it. I guessed that the owner was a camera lover and collected a various of camera. That's why the cafe was full with camera stuffs. The environment was really comfortable.


At the same time, I took my time to capture photo on the camera and cafe. While waiting for other friends, we just take a look on the menu and ordered my meal and drink. There was 12 friends who had been invited by my friend. Wow, the meals were very delicious. Finally, we felt very full and chat chit for short time.

For camera lover, this place that you must to visit and if you interested to view the camera stuffs which was displayed on the shelves. Furthermore, you should try to eat there as well. Interested to visit this cafe? It located at Photo Crafts The Cafe (Kota Damansara).

My friend's mother and sister invited me for today's lunch. I was very happy when met my friend, May Sin. She was really cute and happy always. I felt happy when see her everytime. They fetch me to the restaurant nearby their office. This was my first time to eat there. Anyways, I surprised to see their big family who had lunch with us. I just dropped hello to them when see them. It was my first time to meet them for this family gathering. I used to meet some of them before. I just smile at them and they smile back to me. My friend was over happy and make them suprised to see my friend's emotion. This because was I accompanied her. Normally, she felt alone when had a family gathering as I know. That's why I proud to accompany her and felt like part of her family.

This was Hiong Kong restaurant which served Chinese dishes. I saw few people who cooked the dishes. They were old man. Hard to believe but it was true. Wah, a lot of people came to eat here as well. We just need to wait for few minutes before we could start to eat every dishes. However, we were chatting each with other while waiting for the dishes. There was 8 dishes that we ate. This few dishes was very delicious and tasty. Once we were full, my friend's cousin and sister took a chocolate cake that we celebrated Father Day. There was few father celebrated it together. The cake was very nice and did not have a lot of sugar and sweet. That's why we able to finish a big cake on time. Despite we were very full that time. Finally, it was a great time  and just took few hours to spend time with them. I was thankful to my friend's mother and sister who invited me for the lunch celebration.

Father day fall on June 15 in my country, Malaysia. Everyone will celebrate Father day. It is a meaningful day for all daddy. However it does not that we can celebrate it for one day only. But we still can show our love to our daddy with our concern. We can spend time with our dad when we are free. As i know, many people complain that they have no time to spend time with their family due to working! Even they thought that family is not important if compare with money and etc. For me, family is the important than other things. Family can't buy with money no matter how much I have money!

Let me tell you a story. Despite my family was not rich but we live happily no matter we had faced the obstacles in our life. He had contributed his energy and support his family in order to make sure that his family live in the good environment. He was the best daddy in my heart. Since I was young till now, he was always concerned about me and other siblings. He did not want us to follow his step as he completed his secondary school only and encouraged us to study till University/College. Finally his dreams came true when he attended at our graduation ceremony.

I had a lot of sweet memory when I was with my dad. He was always picked me up at school every time. We used to board bus or taxi to go back. I was still remembered that a taxi was yellow and black mix color. He never angry at me and other siblings unless we did some mistake. He was always guided me how to solve Mathematics when I did not understand in Mathematics subject. He was good in that subject. I always failed to understand it but he was a very patient and helpful person.

Besides that, i could see that he was really concerned about me when i admitted in hospital. He showed his love with his action. Other memory was when I was in college, he was always encouraged me to be calm down when I was in stress due to my assignment and exam. He told me that everything would be fine and relaks. He makes me relieved. It proved that everything was going smoothly. He was always help his relatives when they had problem. But who could help him when he was in trouble? It reminded me, where got a such kind person like my dad? Not only that, my mom was a kind person as well. That's why I felt like that those people took advantages on us while we had some trouble that need to be settled that time. Anyways, I was blissful to have him as my daddy in my life. Despite he could not give us a luxury life but he had tried his best to contribute his support to his family.

If you had a cool daddy, it did not mean that he was a cool but he was soft in his heart and love his son/daugther actually. He just did not show that his action that could give you a love! For those people who has daddy, I wish you a happy father day. Remember to thank to your daddy based on his dedication. I was always graceful to God that I had a lovely daddy in my life.

Before I complete this post, I am always praying that his health is always be good and healthy even my mummy. God gives a precious gift that I have my lovely parents in my life. They make my life is more colourful and beautiful during childhood until now. I am really appreciate my time to be with them. Hope you all spend time with your family no matter you are very busy till no time. It is no excuse!

Saturday comes today! Happy to have a good rest after working everyday. Normally, I will do household on every weekend. I like to make sure that my house is keeping to be clean from the dirty environment. After I satisfied to do housework then I will doing something that I need to do. Normally, most of people will take their time to rest at house and do not go anywhere. However, I like to stay at house but I do not like to stay at house for whole day.

My friends just send a message to me that she and her husband want to swim at my condominium. They bring their daughter along. As I know, they love to swim when they are free. So I accompany them to swim at my condominium. We have a great time.

After that, we go to the Green Apple Cafe that we never been there before. Once we step this cafe, the environment is a bit dark and is full with green environment. By the way, I surprise when view the menu. Guess what? There is a lot various of meals and drinks. I am wondering if there is really crowd and a lot of people order different meals, we need to take some time to wait our meals? Luckily, we can wait for our meals that time. Once our meals have served, we just take some photo on the meals and drinks. Of course, we take our time to take photo together.

What a happy Monday! I completed my work so early and went back as usually. Anyways, I had a great time with my family and aunt's family because my cousin invited us for streamboat dinner nearby my house.This restaurant was a Buffet Streamboat and it located at QQ BBQ Steamboat Restaurant.

There was more than 100 variety choice on fresh food choices. You can choose either soup of 3 types of soup base the spicy Tom Yam, healthy Chinese Herbal Soup and the fresh clear Chicken Soup. Besides that, satay sticked in chicken, pork, lamb, and giant squid would be the most wanted and most running food at here. Buffet streamboat just charged RM29.80 per adult and RM14.90 per child.
Anyways, we ate a lot of foods and most of the seafood was very fresh and taste. We might be felt very full after eat a variety of foods had been served. We love to eat a lot of seafood but we would not missed out other foods which was a variety of fishball, meehoon, fried chicken, curry chicken, chilli crab, french fries and many more. Other than that, it had a variety of drinks that we could drink and even we had the dessert as well. 

Wow, we took 1 or 2 hours to finish off our meals. We need to eat very slowly because we were very full. At the same time, we enjoyed to have a great chat chit. Once we unable to eat foods anymore. Suddenly, my cousin make a suprise birthday for her mummy for Mother Day. She treated us for this streamboat dinner because she got her first salary so she was very happy. It was a really enjoyable and great time. Finally, we managed to take photo together.

Chinese people are delighted to celebrate Dumpling Festival which is falls on June 2 today. Most of us are happy to eat Rice Dumpling. Wah! My mother makes a lot of Dumpling. Drooling to eat Dumpling right now. This is a photo that my mother makes Dumpling as below:


Do you know why it has to be celebrate every year?? Maybe few of us would know the real answer! If you do not know about the history of Dumpling festival, let's read about the story has a legend behind as below.

Once upon a time, there was a Chinese patriotic poet named "Qu Yuan" who served the emperor in Chu Kingdom in ancient China. He was a good minister and was well loved by the people. However, bad evil court officials were jealous of Qu Yuan's abilities and they successfully influenced the weak-minded emperor to dismiss and exile him.

Qu Yuan who drowned himself into Mi Luo river in Hunan to protest against injustice and corruption in China over 1,000 years ago. When people knew about his death, they threw rice dumplings wrapped in lotus leaves into the river to prevent the fish from eating his body. they believed that fishes would eat their dumplings in stead of Qu Yuan's body. It might be a naive belief but their emotions were heartfelt and sincere.

As the result, the Rice Dumpling Festival is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar to commemorate the incident. In the modern era, dumpling is called as "Zong Zi" in Chinese which is no longer throw into river but people still eat them as holiday tradition and testament to Qu Yuan's self-determination.

Apart from dumplings, the celebration is also marked with dragon boat races in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Singapore and so on. Other than that, we can exchange dumplings among close friends or relatives. Normally, Zong Zi is a traditional Chinese food which is a glutinous rice with water chestnuts, Chinese black mushrooms, cooked peanuts, dried shrimp and meat that wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed.

Yahoo!! Today is the beginning of June month. Time flies so quickly. We do not realize that it is mid year of year 2014 now. Well, I am wondering when my dreams come true! Anyways, I do not give up to chase and achieve my desires despite it seems a lot of things need to do. I figure out that an useful information which is a good reminder for you guys. It can remind you daily if you want to stick the paper on the noticeboard or the wall at your room. 

  

Apart from inheriting the characteristics of a positive person, you can do it another method also. It is a simple to write big letter "A to Z" then stick it on the wall of the bedroom.
